The Wellness Club
A public assessment web app with a secure admin dashboard, automated PDF reports, and data export.
We partnered with a client in the health and wellness industry to design and deliver a complete digital solution for administering and managing body-toxicity assessments.
The project involved building a public-facing web form where users complete a detailed questionnaire, and a secure backend system for administrators to manage the data. The goal was to replace a manual, paper-based workflow with a seamless, automated experience that could scale with growing demand.

- Designed and built a responsive online form for users to complete assessments across devices.
- Developed a backend admin dashboard with secure login, role-based access control, and intuitive data navigation.
